I went swimming sunday about tuesday evening i started hearing my heart beat in my ear friday i started ear drops and today has been 2 days of the ear drops what should i do next should i be concerned

There could be wax in the ear and it might have got wet and blocking the ear from receiving the sounds.Consult an ENT for a check up.
