Throat ulcer
21 days before I had a sex with sex worker now I get fear of getting hiv and herpes I had mouth ulcer and throat ulcer but this two I get frequently for past 4years this the symptom of HIV and herpes please tell the possibility of this before week I didn't eat morning for all the days it's ulcer or herpes

Ulcers can come independently also. These look like apthous ulcer to me. Are these very painful? Now since you have the clear history, it would be really good that you should tests and screen yourself for STIs n HIV. Ideally should have started post exposure prophylaxis. But won’t work now as many days have passed.
