Throat pain n sometimes blood in saliva
I am having this throat pain which is not severe but i can feel lump also sometimes i can see drops of blood in salvia ( like monthly twice). No cough , No runny nose. I also have anxiety symptoms.

Lump in throat can be due to reflux issues, but blood in saliva may be coming from gums or nose ... Since this is not coming with phlegm ... Kindly consult ur ent doctor for medication

Try not to clean your mouth and tongue with tongue cleaners and avoid frequent forceful clearing of throat. Better to get examined once to rule out spitting of blood in saliva.
