Hi , my wife is complaining of throat pain with body ache and running nose . Please suggest medicines for the same

Next Steps
1. Warm water gargle(mix 1/2 -1 teaspoon salt in a glass of warm water and gargle to soothe pain)
Do this as many times as possible in a day.
2. Tab cetrizine - once in the morning and once at night (3days)
3. Tab Dolo 650mg for body pains
4. Alex lozenges (this tab should be sucked on for as long as possible to reduce sore throat)

Incase, the cold persists she will have to take antibiotics . Please consult if so.
Inform in case of fever.
