Hello doctor,
I am facing a very severe throat pain and when i open my mouth wide i can see that there is a big white spot on the right side of my throat..pls guide me with the proper medication..what should i do
I am in extreme pain..

The white spot on the side of your throat could be either a tonsillolith or follicular tonsillitis/pharyngitis. The severe pain suggests infection which would require appropriate antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines along with anti-septic gargles. However, a detailed history and examination is required to help you further.
I recommend that you consult an ENT specialist online/In-person for further evaluation.
