Throat pain,bump on penis

Question

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Nearly from 40 days,I have mild throat pain(not a pain but some gellyness in throat,for 10days I did gargle with warm salt water but gives relief for some time but not cured,sometimes breath uneasyness in nyt tym and recently I got a bump on my Pvt place(penis)no pain but some times feel iching.redness in eyes,I'm using drops prescribed by doctor.sometimes feeling low energy,no lazyness and daily I supposed to sleep in late night(7hours max),feeling no hungry from 2days back and also little bit body pains mainly legs...these symptoms I searched in Google and feeling nervous about that...can u give me suggestions? Plz
