Your body temperature seems to be normal, however soreness in throat, cough, chest pain, running nose and headache need further evaluation. Yes these could be symptoms of COVID-19 infection but they could very well be any other viral/bacterial infection. If you need testing for COVID-19 or not will depend on a lot of other factors (like your contact history, travel history etc.).
Next Steps
Consult a physician
Health Tips
Observe for high grade fever, breathlessness and if there immediately report to a healthcare facility for further evaluation.
