Asked for Male, 5 Years

My wife is 33 week pregnant and last week she suffered from severe throat infection. Doctor suggested to take azee, dolo, amrox ls, montair lc kid and bifilac sachet. I want to know if these medicines are safe to take in pregnancy?

Azee and dolo are very safe, better to avoid other two and take levocet 5 mg instead
