Throat infection
I suffer from  frequent throat infection and stomach bloating as well. Due to stomach bloating am unable to speak more and breath freely Due to throat Infection it's difficult to eat food. I have gastric problems since 8 years.

Maintain a healthy weight. Excess pounds put pressure on your abdomen, pushing up your stomach and causing acid to back up into your esophagus. Avoid tight-fitting clothing. Clothes that fit tightly around your waist put pressure on your abdomen and the lower esophageal sphincter. Don't smoke. Smoking decreases the lower esophageal sphincter's ability to function properly. and increases bloating. Add fibre to your diet. For throat inflammation lozenges, drink plenty of warm water, salt water gargling. Consult Physician....
