Throat infection

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am not able to swallow food, liquid or spit. Whitish thick foamy saliva is coming out from mouth every 2 minutes This is happening since today. Yesterday I had high fever,body pain,tonsil and weakness which is gone after medicines and gargal. Please consult what is happening and how can I fix this. I have added a screenshot below of my throat, I am not sure what is the white patch at the end of throat
