Throat infection
How to get rid of sore throat??I have a sore throat and even am suffering from throat infection since many years...when I visit doc they give antibiotics...from that I feel fine for few days but later after few days I suffer from the same.whats the best solution for this.does it have a permanent solution?

dear this has to be resolved by taking iron rich diet which helps you to create mucus layer in your gut starting from your nose and mouth till anus , this is basically the protective layer and makes you immune for outer allergens or pathogens so start taking iron rich diet , you can go on facebook page ,,,,aruna ear nose throat head neck hospital page for iron rich diet photos
