Throat infection
Hi Doctor, I get throat infection very frequently. Which further leads to fever, loose motions, weakness and body ache. I suffer this every month some times twice. I tried taking best diet I could but it's very frequent. I away from home so homely food is not possible. I need to stay fit and I can't leave job. So help me out in this doctor, with something that could boost my immune system and give me strength to lead a healthy life.

Drink plenty of water, eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods. Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....Drink plenty of fluids, coconut water, avoid Pulses and Beans, food with high amounts of refined sugars will help...I would advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30 mg and a probiotic...further treatment of loose stools depends upon stool examination reports Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.

Throat is like a cross road for infections! Infections can descend here from nose, mouth and ears. Infections could also ascend from lungs and esophagus or stomach. Infections could also fester for a long time in your tonsils or adenoids for a very long time! So please use this app to find a good ENT Specialist to examine you and help you out.
