Throat hoarseness and anemia

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My throat was irritating (horseness) from one week with little cough, no fever and I am gargling salt water daily 2 times and taking ascoril d syrup daily three times but it was not cured. I have sinus problem with DNS and I am using allegra_m from 2 weeks. 5 days back I tested for corona and it was negative. I have hemoglobin around 11 from 2 years with iron serum 29 and TSAT 8, vit B12 167, calcium 9.5, vit D 27, folic acid 15.What is medication for throat problem and anemia problem.
