So i had Sex on the 7th of July n my pierod started yesterday on the 23rd but before my cycle i was Having symptoms such as craving for food I love but wen i get It i cant Eat it bloating n yesterday i threw Up n had a headache n my cycle I’m having no cramps I usally cramp very bad
