I have a dark skin tone and I had undergone two sessions of laser hair removal treatment, but now my hair is thicker than before doing this. I am having so much hair on my face now. Before it was very soft hair that could be pulled out with my fingers but now it's really thick .

Laser doest cause thickening of hair. Hair grows in cycle. At any given time, 70% hair is growing and 30% is resting. Sometimes after laser, most of the hair ll go into resting and start growing at the same time. This will give a paradox of increase in hair growth. Laser needs multiple sessions. And also the growth could be due to hereditary, hormonal and many more reasons.
