Mild fatty liver .no specific treatment except to avoid fatty diet and heavy meals along with healthy life style.
Prostate enlargement is a phenomenon of aging. Require treatment of you have urinary problem.
A baseline serum PSA and uroflowmetry is recommended.consult a urologist
