Ther is a hole in the middle of breast .
Last year I had itch in the center of breasts i.e. in breastbone area and after few months I got some pimples on it and after some months the is a small hole on that area after few year the holes contains some pulp like white color nd they smell very bad
plz suggest me is this breast cancer or not and which type of diseases i had .

You could be having some form of infection. Please visit clinic personally or show a nearby Dermatologist asap.
