The sadness in me
I sometimes feel suddenly sad. And this sadness just eats me alive. Its so hard to be back on my own self sometimes. Now im so lost and broken, and having some suicidal thoughts sometimes. But I choose to fight it and be strong, its just that its so hard sometimes.

All of us at some point in our lives may experience a real low point. It gets hard to think clearly or to look at the days ahead. Professional help only means getting a better perspective and a way to cope better using your own self awareness about your strengths and obstacles to growth. Suicidal thoughts are a red alert, you must seek professional help as soon as you can.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
