Few questions to be answered: 1. Was there spotting ever since you delivered? 2. Is there any foul smell? 3. What is the contraception that you are using The spotting is definitely not due to the fibroids. They are too small to cause any symptoms. Also the calcific degeneration also is not at all dangerous. You need an examination in person. Visit a Gynaecologist.
