The knee is not moving freely
I hd my operation of femur and knee on April 17. My femur was broken from just above the knee.  The doctor had put a plate there to strengthen my bone. I am having physiotherapy from 22 may till date. But every day when I go to for the physiotherapy ,till the time the excercise happens my leg reaches 110 degree but when I come back home it goes back to 75 degree. My question is that why does it happens? Will it be forever? What is the cure for it?

No it doesn't exist forever as long as you doing proper physiotherapy and the surgery had been good. you achieve a good ROM during physio but again go to same stage as there is fibrosis and adhesion after surgery which is more in fracture extending into the joint and that can be commented upon only after seeing pre and post op x rays.
Next Steps
continue physio
