Testicles pain and torsion
My testicles are undescended. I used to masturbate regularly. I have testicular pain. A mild pain from left testicle. Am testosterone dominant. I do regular exercise. Mainly focusing on lower body. Can I consume soy? How testicular cancer occurs?

Meet a surgeon to check if they are actually  undescended. If they are undescended at your age can lead to severe complications.

Undescended testes needs to be categorized. If it is intraabdominal or somewhere partly descended. If you haven't gotten it corrected there is a chance of malignancy. Kindly consult with proper history for apt guidance.
