  4. Testicle size. Me know what i should do!

Testicle size
Ive noticed that my left testicle is bigger than my right. I know it is common but it seems to be more than twice the size. Ive looked up that it could be testicular cancer but I don't know for sure. Ive done self exams and i don't feel anything different beside the size. Please let me know what I should do thanks.
