Pain in left testicles. Pain goes up to abdomen. Suggest doctor to visit. Pain is severe, I miss regular sleep because of pain.

Thank you for your question. Pain is not a good symptom. It usually signifies infection or swelling or inflammation due to a variety of reasons. Please see a urologist who will do a thorough examination and tests. thank you
