Hi Doctors, is it necessary to do USG pelvis ultrasound if I am about to do follicular monitoring in coming days ..will follicular monitoring won't deduct things which USG pelvis will show?
Can I avoid USG pelvis test if I am going to do follicular monitoring??
Kindly suggest as I am unable to conceive

Ultrasound is done for various reasons like checking antral follicular count and looking for any uterus pathology . which is usually not covered under follicular monitoring.

When u r doing follicular monitoring . First u also have to do pelvis Usg to rule out any other pathology .

But you can combine it with ultrasound pelvis
