The symptoms suggest that you might have Generalised Anxiety Disorder or Depression or both ... it's common form of cognitive error to maximise and gneralize the problem and negative cognition should be recognized and corrected
If you are like this since adolescence we must think of personality disorder for which you have to undergo psychometry followed by psychotherapy. But if it is recent onset then we have to think of dysthymia for which you may need medicine and CBT.
