Tendons swelling in wrist
I use heat treatment since last month but no relief in hot water with some salt What to do to relieve fast please suggest In push up position i cant up with left hand siever pain in wrist

it is not tendon swelling, it is wrist joint swelling, if it is not subside with hot or cold pack or rest, it shows that it is severe, consult orthopedic surgeon they will treat better
