Temple headache and chronic neck pain
I have been suffering from serious pain at my temple and at my neck since the past 6 -7 years.I have visited many doctors and hospitals yet my pain isn't getting cured. Kindly help me.

It could be a sign of occipital neuralgia or migraine along with cervical spondylosis so decrease your stress first along with some exercises and change your sitting habits or working lifestyle.
