Dear Practo user,
Please visit your dentist and get scaling and polishing done. This will improve your stained teeth a lot. If after scaling you wish to further whiten your teeth, you can go for tooth bleaching. The duration for which the tooth whitening will last will depend upon your oral hygiene measures and also refraining from using pan masala.

First of all pls quit the habit because there's no point getting any cosmetic treatment done because then it will come back to the same situation. Need to evaluate the extent of staining and then the treatment can be planned accordingly.
