My upper right wisdom teeth is removed 1 day before (10 jun) at 1100 hrs am . With normal surgery no any cut in gum . But after removed no stichting is done.
Still I eat only milk with biscuit mixed, daliya
My question is that can I eat today onwards chapati . Vegetable, or normal food
How much time to I avoid spicy food like namkin, chips etc

Good afternoon! Generally after any extraction till 24 hours you have to be on soft and cold diet. But you can start with your normal food from today preferably biting from other side. Just make sure you rinse after every meal and keep the extracted area clean and you will have no problems with it.

Rinse with warm saline gargles two to three times a day.

Gentle cleaning, don't brush vigorously, complete course of medicines that are prescribed.
