Teeth sensetivity
I have pain and sensitivity in my teeth whenever i have any chocolate.and It is in the molars predominantly. I have already undergone a cavity filling treatment back in 2014'dec to prevent the RCT. However i guess it has started wearing its effect off the teeth.

Check if the filling is still intact. Get an XRay done in that area immediately. A bite wing may be of immense help. Other teeth may be involved.
