Yellow layer formed above inner teeth area and while brushing sometimes blood comes out. so what should I do

The yellow layer that you can see on your teeth is what we call as plaque....it is a sticky layer that needs to be cleaned both by brushing twice and scaling(a procedure done by a dentist). Bleeding that is oozing out of your gums is a symptom again because of plaque formation...it will subside after scaling.

start brushing twice and consult a dental surgeon for professional cleaning of your teeth.
