Teeth are paining and gum swelling problem from last 1 month.. teeths are totally yellow colored because of germs please provide some medicine to make it healthier and sparkling white. Please help me

Please do not delay your check up with a doctor as the problem can increase n even if the pain is less gum problem is a cronic diease. .
