To get the stains cleaned from your teeth, visit a dentist asap..The cleaning does not solely depend upon brushing twice it depends on various other factors..The toothbrush should be used with a proper brushing technique alongwith use of mouthwash and dental floss to remove the food particles stuck to your teeth..Get the scaling and polishing done from the dentist and keep follow up after some months to get the procedure if required..Foul smell will be reduced once proper cleaning is done.
