Teeth Pain
When I am having anything cold or chocolates having extra caramel my teeth pains its like sensation. So help me regarding this.

your teeth are sensitive to what I understand from your question. I would advise you to brush your teeth with colgate sensitive pro relief tooth paste for 3-4 days and check if there is any improvement.

Before a proper diagnosis can be made,You need to provide little more information.Do all your teeth hurt or Is it with respect to one particular tooth?Do you have pain at night when u lie down on your bed?Is the pain continuous or it is just a discomfort on having cold and sweet thing?

Having pain on cold eating means there is infection in dentinal layer of your teeth, while having pain while eating hard or sticky substance means there might be infection to periapical layer of tooth. infection might me due to dental caries or other conditional anomaly( gingival recession, abrasion, attrition etc ). I recommend you to visit your nearest dentist for accurate diagnosis and proper line of treatment. Thank You.
