I guess you are asking about replacement of missing teeth. There are several ways of getting it done. First - Implant, it's latest advancement in dentistry. A titanium screw is placed in jaw in missing area of teeth. After 2-3 months fixed crown is placed on that. It's lil bit costly and takes time. Advantage is that adjacent tooth are saved from trimming, and you can eat almost any food except very hard. Second - Bridge, it's also fixed teeth. For this adjacent tooth are reduced in size lil bit and with there help missing teeth are replaced. It takes 1 week time. It's less pricey than Implant, and you can eat any food except very hard. Third - Removable Teeth (RPD) . It has to be removed every night, cleaned with brush and placed in water. Again in the morning, clean it with brush and place it in mouth. It is not much helpful in chewing, more or less for aesthetics. But it's cost is very low. Takes 2-3 days to fabricate. For yellowness of your teeth you have to get Oral Prophylaxis ( Cleaning ) done. You can also get Bleaching done from your dentist, if your dentist suggests.
Next Steps
Get a radiograph done (OPG) and visit a dentist.
