hi mam, doing braces treatment twice doesn't exposure dentin. you must did the self diagnosis for your self.
1 . sensitive teeth
2. enamel de calcification during orthodontic treatment due to poor oral hygiene ( most common cause after orthodontic treatment)
can be re mineralized to some level. deep de calcification requires filling / veneer / crown.

Hi Madam, you can not get back lost enamel . You can repair by using Tooth mousse for 2-3 months.
Best method go for Composite /ceramic venners/crowns.
Thank you.
Unfortunately there are.no natural ways how one can repair or rebuild.enamel. But Getting it repaired with minimally invasive composite or ceramic laminates is definitely advisable.
There is no way to regain enamel naturally. Firstly the cause needs to be determined whether related braces debonding( breakage) caused the orthodontist to trim off the surface enamel everytime to rebond or was it some underlying natural condition causing it. Then the next step is to restore them by being as conservative of remaining enamel so that form and function are restored. Full mouth rehabilitation is a realistic possibility and may also need root canal treatment for certain teeth as deemed fit by the restoring dentist. It would be in best interest to have a specialist/s and/or an experienced clinician to handle the case.
For once you will find all doctors with exactly the same opinion. There is no way to regain enamel naturally. Your best option is fillings/veneers/crowns depending on the tooth condition. Get an opinion from your local dentist after he examines you clinically.
Discoloration of teeth may be because of acid etching of teeth during orthodontic treatment or may be due to staining with food colors deposition during the treatment
stains may vanish by simple scaling and polishing
etchant discoloration may be reduced by bleaching or veneers
Unfortunately Enamel once lost, cannot grow back.Discoloration could be due to residual Composite bonding material used for fixing braces.Dentin in most patients is 2-3 shades darker than enamel which must be contributing to the dull appearance. Sensitivity and strength can be tackled by using A medicated paste Tooth mousse available only with Dentists (usually given at end of Braces treatment for 8 weeks). Most probable treatment solution is Laminates that will both strengthen and improve appearance of teeth.Do visit a Dental Clinic to get an Expert opinion customised to suit u
you can't get enamel on tooth back once it's lost..its better you go for good cap over teeth or else composite dental filling..(depends on condition of teeth.)
sadly, I'll have to say that enamel once list does not grow back naturally. the best thing got you will be to have crowns made for your teeth so that the tooth structure remains safe for future
Enamel once lost is lost pretty much for good. Replace with great restorative option of either Veneers using polymer Composites or Ceramics. Alternatively Full ceramic Crowns can exemplify your esthetics making excellent Enamel alternatives. Meet a cosmetic dentist to discuss solutions. Tc
Hi the important thing here is not jump into veneers.. Crowns.. Etc. The cause of your dentin loss needs to be ascertained. You may be having a traumatic bite. We ideally need to do a facebow transfer mount it on a special articulator and then check where the bite is going wrong. ONLY And ONLY then should any further treatment be planned.
