Unfortunately Enamel once lost, cannot grow back.Discoloration could be due to residual Composite bonding material used for fixing braces.Dentin in most patients is 2-3 shades darker than enamel which must be contributing to the dull appearance. Sensitivity and strength can be tackled by using A medicated paste Tooth mousse available only with Dentists (usually given at end of Braces treatment for 8 weeks). Most probable treatment solution is Laminates that will both strengthen and improve appearance of teeth.Do visit a Dental Clinic to get an Expert opinion customised to suit u
