Teeth becoming deformed
Till my late twenties, my upper teeth used to look fine. I've attached a before and after photo. But in the last 3-4 years, my front 2 teeth have become a little deformed. One has gone in front, the other has moved back. As a result, it looks really bad. Can you tell me why this happens, and how can this be fixed?

Change in position of teeth could be because of two reasons 1) trauma( fall or accident) causing the tooth to change position 2) aggressive peridontitis- a gum infection occurring at early age causing weekend bone support so as allowing teeth to drift from their normal position. A full mouth x ray may be needed bro confirm the diagnosis and treatment can be advocated accordingly.
