Tbm-Patient unconscious
Dear Doctor, please help I'm really in need of some help. My father aged 52 is admit in hospital for 5 months now,doctors suspect he's suffering from tbm. At the time of admitting he used to walk and talk clearly. Now he is unconscious and in coma and has not spoken a word from 2 months. He is having multiple clots and blockages in his brain and doctors have lost all hope in him but I haven't. Please help me I'm very upset and I'm just 22 years old with nobody to help me.

He is admitted for five months and so the doctor must have discussed all the events with you in detail. His reports and present status in clear terms is asssential to give a response. From the brief you have given, things dont appear to be bright. Dont loose hope but at the same time learn to accept the reality and let the treatment continue. Unrealistic expectations are to be best avoided
