Tattoo with acne
I've recently made a tattoo and lots of acne are appearing on my tattoo and near my chest are where I made it and if I'm cleaning it with a towel or something they instantly turning red and even itching is happening

It can be due to some infection. Will need to examine the concerned area. You will have to be careful with whatever you use on the chest, it should be clean. For now you can have an anti-histaminic medication for the itching and redness.
