Tartar build cannot be removed using medicines, they need mechanical removal i.e, scaling. Go for scaling and polishing of teeth.

Dear practo user, There is unfortunately no medicine that can remove tartar at home. You need to consult a dentist to get scaling done
Next Steps
quit your habit
Health Tips
chew more gum, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits, eat chocolate, rinse for at least one minute five times a day with warm salt water, do anything to increase the gap between each smoke, and slowly and gradually reduce. You can quit, if you have the desire to do so, and you are so young. let it not become an addiction.
