If face n neck have been tanned n are 2-3 shades darker than the chest skin, can it be restored completely with chemical peels???

Thats a very good question I must say. But to say that only one kind of treatment is sufficient for detan is an understatement. Getting back to the normal color after tanning depends on a number of factors like - your skin type, how much you have tannned, how many days has passed since then, and which peel you are using etc.
