Are you on self medication or do you take treatment after consultation with a Doctor ?
The patient is subjected to proper history taking, a clinical examination and few investigations before she is advised oral contraceptive. And you are asking for the side effects after having been on oral contraceptive.

As such not much side effects of newer generation Oral pills you may have breast tenderness slight less flow something bit nausea. Cramps and yellow urine are usually not a side effect
