Taking a good diet
My weight is 55 kgs. How is it possible to intake all the essential proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins etc. on a daily basis properly when you are working 9 to 9. I mean how do you manage to take fruits, breakfast etc.

It's possible to incorporate all the essential nutrients in your diet if you plan your diet in a proper way. Would recommend you to meet a Nutritionist who can plan according to your work schedule.And even after planning your diet if she feels that your diet is insufficient then she might prescribe you multivitamin
