I was unable to sit even in sofa or car or office chair. I have gone through few videos in YouTube I found that it may be due to injury to the tail bone. Physiotherapy can help you with this. For now start using doughnut pillows and apply ointment and do not massage. Ultrasound can work wonders and start doing exercises of low back.
Health Tips
