I have been suffering from tailbone pain since last 3 years. it hurting a lot every time while sitting more than 5 minutes . i am doing exercise suggested by the physiotherapist but didn't get relive.

Coccydaemia is a very troublesome condition.Go for Physiotherapy(US+SWD+Lower back strengthening &stretching exercises help). Always use the coccydamia ring cushion for sitting and avoid sitting on hard surfaces.
