When I sit in complete relaxed position, legs stretched, most of the weight on lower back.
After like 2 min when I move my tail bone hurts like hell, even normal movement hurts, during normal movements (climbing, sitting, sleeping) it doesn't hurt only in that position it hurts n that part gets num like dead to touch ? I am just concerned that it should not be major.
Thank you

Also called as Coccydynia. Can happen due to prolonged sitting, Fall and post pregnancy on ladies. Need to see Dynamic Coccyx X-Ray. See the specialist list in India for tailbone pain and then meet. Later may cause disturbance in Passing motion as well .
Take care

It seems to be the case of coccyydenia... might be due to wrong posture over bike or weak pelvic floor musculature Or due to sitting over hard surface which myt have causes stress/inflammation over coccyx bone.
Next Steps
Visit orthopaedic doctor or physiotherapist for complete assessment.
Health Tips
First and foremost icing to the painful area.
Avoid aggrevating positions.
Maintain pain free posture while riding.
Start with mild strengthening exercise of pelvic floor muscles.
Dear friend
Do some icing onto your tail bone for 3 to 4 times a day.
And also use donut pillow or ring pillow to relies the pressure from your tail bone while sitting.
Most importantly take few physiotherapy sessions.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
Get yourself checked by a wualufied physiotberapist or orthopedic doctor.. in the mean time apply ice and relieve pressure from your tail bone by sitting on a sacral pillow or any tire or tube shaped object.. u can also take pain killers for the pain if its too much in other positions too!
Do spinal extension exercises twice a day according to your level of stamina and increase the repetition progressively. If the problem still persists see a physio.
