You are slouching and working for your professional needs. Also laptop use requires you to sit such that the pressure is on your tail bone.
Next Steps
create an ergonomic atmosphere of working such that the weight distribution is on yoir buttocks.

Hello.. this pain is mostly associated with some inflammation around the tail bone.. it is called coccydynia.. Was there any injury or jerk over that region..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation by starting Sitz bath, sitting in a tub of warm water for 10 -15 min. for 2 to 3 times daily.. You can also start with analgesic with anti inflammatory  tablet. You can get a  ring cushion and place it on seat before sitting. it will prevent pressure over the coccygeal region..
Health Tips
Avoid sitting on a hard chair.. or sitting with tilting backwards. that may cause pain.. If not relieved, you can get one x ray of coccygeal region..
