I hv this taenia cruris infection from 7 weeks.it is in form of 5-6 patches in groin area.I hav taken tablet fluconazole once a week for 6 weeks,soap ketokonazole& cream kz OD for 7 weeks.lesions r fading but they not vanishing,if cream is not applied itching starts again,what to do?

As I can see from your explanation you have already taken some medication and also you mention it's vanishing ,if you feel that its almost gone then you may continue the topical for a week or two more ,but if you feel it's not then have to see affected area for further steps to go head ,Sometime repeat scraping or culture may be indicated if initial treatment of tinea cruris is unsuccessful.
