Tachycardia with young htn
I have high BP and tachycardia since 2012 . Every test has been and nothing is working out . Specially for tachycardia whenever I take medicines initially it is effective then after days it doesn't have any effect . Currently taking metoprolol 150mg (50mg thrice) , ntp 25mg ,prazosin 5mg, diltiazem 90 Sr, cilnidipine 10mg ,losarton 50 and etc .

Resistant hypertension. Secondary causes needs to be ruled out. Has ur renal artery Doppler been done?
